Gender Equality is an everyday struggle!

It is important to talk about it, but especially to act and try to change mentalities.

The high school Victor Bérard in Morez organized, from February 1 to 9, 2018, an action entitled « Science and technology of all types/kinds ».

This action is part of the implementation of gender equality policies.

Its main objectives are to enable teenagers to overcome gender stereotyped perceptions of trades and to encourage girls to undertake scientific and technical studies and careers. 

The role of SMP :

• Promoting professional training, recruitement
• Action on gender equality and open-mindedness.

That is why, two of our employees went to Morez on Tuesday, February 06, to talk about their background, professional and life experience as women in a technical mostly-male environment.
